CANCELLATIONS

Here at Alexandria’s Beauty Salon your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes appointment times may need to be changed or cancelled, which we are more than happy to assist you with; however we would be grateful if clients could give us at least 48 hours notice for all amendments to ensure we have the time needed to offer these spaces to other clients looking to visit us and avoid a 50% cancellation fee. NO SHOWS & DAY OF CANCELLATIONS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF SERVICES SCHEDULED. This policy is to ensure to livelihood & valuable time of both stylists and clientele.

Three or more cancellations within 48 hours of appointment and/or no shows may result in termination of future services or required pre-payment of services.

We ask that all clients arrive on time to each appointment in order to ensure your stylist has ample time to complete all services. Please be aware that arriving 15 minutes or later to an appointment may result in a rescheduled appointment. This will result in a 50% charge of scheduled services.

Effective December 1, 2021, Alexandria’s Beauty Salon requires a credit card secured on file. Existing clients as of December 1, 2021 will not be required to secure a credit on file however, in the event of a cancellation with 48 hours of appointment or a no show, a credit card will be required to book your next appointment.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are not replaced if lost or stolen. When mailing gift cards we cannot promise the arrival of the mail. The mailing of gift cards can sometimes take up to seven business days. (We can promise that the gift certificate will go out in the mail within 24 hours.) All prices and services are subject to change without notice. Gift cards never expire.
